There were many new trends adorn the catwalks, short wedding dresses, high-low hems, lace sleeves, illusion necklines, but a trend that we see over and have, again and again was the short overskirt on waist circumference of long dresses, aka The peplum skirt. It is a style that can be seen in all shapes and sizes, fabrics and cuts. The peplum adds an extra dimension to the waist, in a very romantic and dramatic way!
